ModuleComing soon

AI receptionist

When you can't pick up, she answers for you, sorts out how urgent it is and sends you the summary. The line is in preparation.

  • Says she's an AI
  • Gas or CO: safety advice and an instant alert

Module

What it changes

  1. 1

    No more missed calls

She takes the call you let ring and notes who is calling, what for and where.

  2. 2

    Emergencies first

Gas, CO, a leak, no heating: she spots the level, gives the safety instruction and alerts you at once.

  3. 3

    The appointment in your schedule

She offers your free slots in your area and books one. The customer record and the job are created on their own.

The receptionist

Danger comes first

Three questions, always in the same order, decide what happens with each call. Then each call gets an urgency level and a reason.

Coming soon: the phone line is being prepared, and the receptionist will speak French first. The rules below are already written and checked by automated tests.

  • vous savez venir ? : can you come?
  • boiler : water heater
  • mazout : heating oil
  • GSM : mobile phone
  • à tantôt : see you later
  • endéans l'heure : within the hour
  • postposer : postpone

Frequently asked questions

Your questions

Does the caller know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. In her very first sentence, she gives your business name and says she's a virtual assistant. You can change the wording but not remove the announcement: the EU AI Act requires it.

What does she do if there's a smell of gas or a CO alarm?

She asks the caller not to touch any switch or flame, to open the windows and leave the building, then to call 112 or the network operator. She books nothing and alerts you straight away, until you confirm you've received the alert.

Can she give a price or a diagnosis?

No. No diagnosis, no repair advice, no firm price. The only amount she can quote is your call-out fee, if you've entered one. A quote request becomes a callback request, with the need and the contact details.

What if the caller wants to speak to someone?

She doesn't push: she offers a priority callback and takes a message. She does the same if she can't understand the caller after two tries.

How will I be told about a call?

After each call, a summary (reason, urgency, address, contact details, outcome) by text, by e-mail or both, plus the call in the app. Critical and urgent calls go out as soon as the level is known. These messages will start with the line.

Does she speak Dutch, English or German?

On the phone, she'll speak French first. Messages to your customers, quotes and invoices already exist in English, French, Dutch and German.
