Free trial
14 days, every feature and 30 receptionist minutes, no card needed.
The trial minutes count from the day the line opens.
Receptionist minute beyond the plan: €0.45 excl. VAT.
Online payment for the subscription is coming: nothing is charged without your agreement.
Compare that with the price of one lost job, or a Sunday spent on invoices.

Time given back each month
13 h
worth €715 at your hourly rate

Our assumptions
- 20 minutes saved per quote: catalogue, VAT and legal notes pre-filled
- 15 minutes per invoice: taken from the quote or job sheet, no retyping
- 10 minutes per reminder: message ready, compensation calculated
- 15 minutes per day on the road: stop order, directions, "on my way"
- 2 receptionist minutes per call, 4.33 weeks per month
Starting assumptions, not measurements: Nivelo is just starting and doesn't yet have customers to measure them. Nothing is sent or saved.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our answers
The questions tradespeople ask most often before trying it.
What works today?
Jobs, customer records, compliant quotes and invoices accepted online, the schedule and route, the signed job sheet, the calculation tools, messages to customers and the export for your accountant. The phone receptionist is waiting for the line to open, which we're preparing with a telecom operator: until then, she takes no calls and no minutes are counted.
Do I need to change my number?
No. You keep your mobile number. When the line opens, you'll turn on conditional call forwarding to Nivelo: when you're busy, don't answer or can't be reached. No hardware, no change of contract.
Are Belgian VAT rates handled?
Yes: 21, 12, 6 or 0%, line by line, with the breakdown by rate. For renovating a private home more than ten years old, the legal 6% note is printed automatically; it replaces the customer's certificate. The "Which VAT rate" tool helps you decide, for example for a gas or oil boiler, at 21% since 29 July 2025. Choosing the rate is still up to you, or your accountant.
What about Peppol e-invoicing?
Since 1 January 2026, invoices between Belgian businesses go through Peppol. Nivelo prepares the UBL file of each invoice, which you upload to your Peppol access point or pass to your accountant. Sending directly via Peppol isn't done yet: we'd rather say so than let you think otherwise.
How much does it cost?
Three plans, every feature in each one: Site at €29 excl. VAT per month, all the management with no receptionist; Pro at €119, with 200 receptionist minutes; Intensive at €249, with 500 minutes. Monthly, no minimum term, no setup fees.
Does the caller know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. In her very first sentence, she gives your business name and says she's a virtual assistant. You can change the wording but not remove the announcement: the EU AI Act requires it.
